Schreiber Excavating was the site contractor for the Bella Terra Housing development. The job consisted of 66 duplex units and 28 acres of developed land.

SCOPE OF WORK:

100,000 CY of Topsoil stripping and earthwork including ponds and road ways for 66 housing units.

Underground utilities including 10,000LF of storm piping, 

7500LF of Sanitary sewer, 7000LF of water line.

7000LF of concrete gutters, asphalt subbase & paving, landscaping and concrete headwalls for creek crossings
